Welcome to Shule Network. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shule Network website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Shule Network.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

  • Users under 18 must use Shule Network under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized school administrator.

  • By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. User Accounts

  • Each user (student, parent, teacher, staff, or administrator) must maintain a secure login.

  • You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.

  • You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Upload, share, or transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Use another person’s account without permission.

  • Misuse student or school data for personal or commercial gain.

4. School Data Responsibility

  • Each school administrator is responsible for the accuracy and management of their institution’s data.

  • Shule Network provides the platform but does not control how schools handle academic or administrative records.

  • Schools must ensure compliance with applicable student data protection and education laws.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Certain features or services may require payment (e.g., subscriptions, SMS credits, premium modules).

  • All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and technology provided by Shule Network (including logos, trademarks, and software) remain our property.

  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for educational and administrative purposes.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Shule Network provides the Services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

  • We are not liable for data inaccuracies entered by schools or users.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shule Network is not responsible for damages resulting from use or inability to use the Services.

8. Data Privacy

  • Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • By using Shule Network, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

  • Schools may also deactivate user accounts within their institution.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately end.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website/app with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania
